Hello loves,

 I've decided to try something very new on the blog and I hope you like it! For the more fashion savvy you'll be very familiar with the term LOOKBOOK, 'a collection of photographs compiled to show off a model, a photographer, a style, or stylist or a clothing line' thanks Wiki!

Well, I decided as per your lovely comments from the 3 year birthday giveaway entries that it was high time I invited you all on a more personal journey with me during the last few months of my transition, a.k.a more pics and more transitioner updates.

I'll have about four lookbooks, five if I can squeeze it and hey I thought I'd do a mini get ready with me for all of them too! P.s do excuse my mediocre makeup skills! God definitely did not intend for me to be an MUA!!! I guess you can think of it as Fiona's quick fix!

Right so here goes look one and dare I say my absolute favourite, 'Curled Protection', this has gotten me through the past 3 months of my transition and I wish I had braved it much earlier.

Dinner with Queens and sparkles | Girls Night Out!

Natural Hair Showdown | Viola Davis and Esperanza Spalding 84th Annual Academy Awards

I couldn't help but posts these pictures, despite anticipating that you've all already been bombarded with them on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr ...

I was thrown into a trance by how boldy Esperanza Spalding and the beautiful Viola Davis rocked their natural hair on the red carpet at the 84th Annual Academy Awards, in fact they took over the red carpet! Those fro's were not playing around!

There was a huge burst of exciting about the final uncovering of Ms Davis' real hair beneath her wigs, and it was so warming to see her embrace her beautiful TWA with such splendour and beauty. Natural hair is surely going to higher places!


 As for those dresses, hot damn... take me to the ball!

The 5 Articles...

Just in case you're all wondering when I'm going to add my two pence to the Fibroid and Hair Relaxers relaxers story, unfortunately that wait may take a decade or two! I think there have been more than enough re-posts, and I honestly think that there needs to be so much more done on the study. It is in no way conclusive!
Yes, relaxers are chemicals, and chemicals may suck here and there, but being relaxer free and eating Mcdonalds every day with increasing cholesterol levels is also significantly detrimental. If you'd like to read more and get a scoop on the hype, here is a link to the story on Curly Nikki.

Finally have my VW's back! The balls dropped off so I had them fixed! Yayy

'Take Me Out' Gameshow | Valentine's Day Gift/Wish List 2012

Ok so anyone who likes some good old Saturday night TV must have seen yesterday's episode of 'Take Me Out'! If you didn't well a big shame on you because it was hilarious!!!

This any model dude who previously dated Jodie Marsh just fumbled ridiculously! For someone who was out to find love or a date, he couldn't have made himself look any stupider or more foolish than he did. He subconsciously abused all of the girls and had one of his last two choices turn her light off right at the end, because she couldn't bare the thought of dating him! You'd have had to have watched it to understand! 

Anyway in the spear of the moment I got all 'no he didn't' inside and decided to take it out on an online shopping cart! Fellas see what you make us ladies do, and you wonder why we impulse shop and eat!
